Everything is posted Royal Mail 1st Class so should arrive after 1-2 working days, sometimes this can take longer.
All orders placed after 6pm on a Sunday will be sent the following week, postal days are Wednesday and Thursday
Cake jars can last upto 3 days and are baked fresh and to order - we don't believe for a minute anyone has cake, especially from The Mad Batter that lasts that long!
Please keep refridgerated when they arrive after opening
Please be aware that all products made by The Mad Batter are created in a kitchen that handles various allergens, therefore your order cannot be guaranteed to be free from traces of the following; egg, milk, wheat flour containing gluten, soya, food colourings, various nuts and peanuts.
The Mad Batter also uses toppings and ingredients that aren’t made in our kitchen and their packaging states that they are made in an environment that also may not be free from traces of certain ingredients that may affect dietary requirements.
