After setting up and running my business for 5 years and having lots of enquiries for business mentoring, I've decided now is the time. It wasn't ever something I had considered but it's one of my favourite parts of my job now!
​
Over the past 5 years i have made so many mistakes, gone down so many roads thinking what if and it not paying off, paying for every single course you could think of and not always getting the results I wanted. So much i've learned from experience, good and bad, which means you don't have to.

Set up and am running a successful cake business full time - I left my full time teaching career of 13 years to become full time self employed within my business

Started a wedding cake side to my business

Won an award for best local food/drink producer in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire

Stocked my own recipe cakes and bakes in a supermarket
